Before you pay anything, we email you a short agreement and you accept it by reply: the price, the steps, the refund rule, your budget and your must-haves.
Every payment is made on our invoice, by Wise or bank transfer. A Scout Day is paid in full when you book; Soft Landing and Soft Landing Plus are paid in two halves.
The second half is paid on the day you sign the lease and move in. If nothing suits you before you fly, most of the first half comes back: $800 of $1,000 on Soft Landing, $1,550 of $1,950 on Soft Landing Plus.
