Something not working? Let's fix it.
The three most common problems are below, with fixes. If yours is different, email hello@ceburetiree.com. A real person answers, usually within a day.
“I didn't get my email”
Most missing emails are hiding in the spam folder. If you use Gmail, check the Promotions tab too. Search for “Cebu” and it usually turns up.
Next, add hello@ceburetiree.com to your contacts. That tells your email provider we're not junk, and our future emails will land in your inbox.
If it's a purchase receipt or download you're missing, you can pull it up yourself:
Type the email you bought with, and you'll get a sign-in link right away. No password to remember. Your receipt, your download, and your map key are all in there.
Still nothing? Email hello@ceburetiree.com and tell us which email address you used. We'll track it down and resend everything.
“My key or access isn't working”
Your map key is in your receipt email. It's a long code. Copy it exactly.
To unlock the map, go to ceburetiree.com/map/unlock, paste the key into the box, and press Unlock. The key unlocks the map on the device you're using. New phone, new tablet, or a browser that cleared its memory? Just enter the same key again. It doesn't expire, and you never pay twice.
Can't find your receipt email? Use the “Open My Orders” button above — your key is listed there.
If the map says your key is already in use on several devices, that's an easy fix on our end. Email hello@ceburetiree.com and we'll sort it out. A real person answers, usually within a day.
“I want a refund”
Our digital products — the guide and the map — come with a simple promise: if it wasn't useful, email us within 14 days and we'll make it right.
To use it, just reply to your receipt email, or write to hello@ceburetiree.com. Tell us which product and that you'd like a refund. That's all you need to do.
We don't argue about refunds. We fix it or we refund it.
